Europe attacked Russia in 1812, in 1914, in 1941 and in 2014. The 2014 attack was planned starting in 1945 (Operation Unthinkable) and the original idea was to immediately rearm the recently defeated Germans and partner with them to destroy the Soviets and take control of Russian lands and natural resources as a continuation of the European colonial project that began when the Portuguese discovered how to sail around Africa.

"Germany" did not attack Russia alone in Operation Barbarossa. It was EUROPE and if you read newspapers at the time you will see that England came damn close to joining them. Their partners were Italy, Spain, Vichy France, Austria, Romania, Finland, Hungary and others. Sympathizers were Switzerland, Norway etc.

The war in Ukraine today is a war between those same forces. It is not a war between Russia and Ukraine. It is a war between the WEST and Russia. The goal is to crush Russia and colonize her because the colonial project that has sustained the west for five centuries has broken down.

There will never be peace until the west abandons the project of colonizing Russia. Any thought of peace in 2025 is a fantasy.

You have an impressive sense of history considering the incredible diversity of opinion on what are settled records! At least by the broader community of educated men and women. I agree with your POV. Russia has been bullied, mocked, and seduced into conveniences and then brutally attacked by Europe for centuries, mostly ... no entirely FRANCE, GERMANY, and ENGLAND...history repeats itself ...there is the proof.

Hi JJ. Can you briefly elaborate on the factors affecting SLV on Friday's? Also, does this also possibly impact GLD or is it solely a possible risk for SLV.

Thanks a lot for your clarifications

Hi Frank. Friday SLV expirations often have a direct influnce on silver prices. I have not seen an pattern of GLD and GLD options affecting gold prices.

Thanks for the clarification.

Hi JJ. I am trying to better understand your comment concerning SLV "As always, be careful on Fridays."

What are the possible factors and is it solely related to SLV or is GLD also at risk?

Thanks for clarifying.

My apologies for asking 2X as I could not view the original question in the comments
