the chart looks negative. DMI is negative and it's breaking support .. I'm not up on the data or fundamentals.. needs to break 13 with some volume and stay down to start trending. nice little head and shoulders too.
if "they" could get a hall pass again the markets would be much lower, meaning a waiver to crush the silver market with naked paper. so I think the treaury/Fed have said "not this time"... but in a tangential way the short is the financial community by definition ...one of the many reasons Besent and trump want to clip their wings.. or disempower them altogether. The war for monetary control is fought on many fronts ... silver is kind of the Alsace-Lorraine of deep state banking...

if it's under 13 ask your self, "is it busy? That's always a good sign. You don't want to be the only guy selling! lol ...
loosen the stop then in anticipation that MM will attempt to drive price down?
