There was very little technical development across the board today. Even fewer news items. The feature in stocks was a high-volume short covering (blue line) panic in Trump’s media company, DJT. His rally at Madison Square Garden was smashingly successful yesterday, favorably lifting his odds of victory.
Personally, I am not convinced the stock market thinks a Trump victory is bullish for the Mags and NVDA. If it were, there would have been some evidence of it today. And I have yet to hear anything good from Trump about big tech who have dedicated billions to fund his demise. However, business and politics differ when it comes to grudges and Trump wears both hats. Business always pays forward. Politics always pays back.
